4. Pay attention to check the cooling system, check the height of liquid level, add oil or water in time, and replace and clean when oil or water is dirty.

5. Pay attention to check the driving belt of the spindle and adjust the degree of tightness.

6. Pay attention to check the tightness of the guide insert and adjust the clearance.

7. Pay attention to check whether there is abnormal noise in the oil tank pump of the hydraulic system of the machine tool, whether the height of the working oil surface is suitable, whether the pressure gauge indication is normal, whether the pipeline and the joints are leaked or not;

8. Pay attention to check whether the guide rail and machine tool shield are complete and effective.

9. Attention should be paid to checking the mechanical accuracy of the moving parts so as to reduce the deviation of shape and position.

10. Do a good job of cleaning machine tools after work every day, clean iron scraps, rub the cooling fluid of the guide rail parts to prevent the guide rail from rusting.
